This is a story of love and harmony brought to life as a 360 animation and piano concerto. Armonia articulates the journey of discovery along the circle of life. It occurs among the abstract yet familiar sights and sounds of purity. Armonia premiered in virtual reality at the 2019 TriBeca Film Festival. and internationally at Cannes XR.
Behind The Scenes
Artistic and technical director Bracey Smith led a team of five creators – building Armonia on a $50,000 budget. Anja wrote the script , Jacques designed the characters and environement and Joe lead the distibution. Armonia is a Google-backed project, and the hole team is presenting the project at Cannes
Bracey is the Chief Creative Developer at Potential Synergy, a VR and future tech startup based in NY. As child at heart, Bracey loves to play, participating in E-sports competitions in XR and building robots with his two daughters in the physical world.
Anja Moreno Smith
Anja is a writer/producer and Potential Synergy’s Creative Operations Officer. She brought a little bit of her own magic and organization to Armonia’s development and production.
Jacques is an artist, passionate about design. He researched and developed the characters of Armonia, conceptualizing how crystal birds might move, dance and fly.
Joe works with brands and investors to develop partnerships that drive revenue for both parties. He does a little VR development on the side, but mostly focuses on business relations.
Kyle manages press relations and social media inquiries. He has a strong passion for writing, human consciousness and self-awareness.
With an advanced skill set in audio engineering, video production, and project management, Dan thrives in highly collaborative environments, with over a decade of experience in taking media projects from conception to completion.
Sara K White
Sarah was behind Silas Howard’s powerful family drama, the recently released “A Kid Like Jake,” her credits also include Gillian Robespierre’s “Obvious Child,” which have premiered at Sundance.
His animation directorial debut appeared in MoMA’s New Directors New Films festival in 2013. Since then he has animated and illustrated for The Lumineers and The Beastie Boys.
